We use four step approach to evaluate our potential investment
- Rigorous analysis of market sentiments, social media data, reputation of company, owners and available financial metrics.
- Once a prospective investment has passed our first level of scrutiny, we generate a custom template to get key information. Performing real time analytics with state of art Statistical tools and mathematical
- Once a prospective investment has passed our Second level of scrutiny, we perform on premise due diligence .We investigate current operations and the areas where a business could be improved, analyze 3- 5 year horizon of business, influence of macroeconomic trends, opportunity for global expansion, supplier, customer power, financial strategy and more importantly glimpse of exit strategy.

We understand that our investors provided us money expecting returns more than expected from market. Our goal is to deliver returns that are consistent with the risk profile of core investment, avoiding aggressive financial structuring that may induce volatility and/or unnecessary risk.
